Easy Garden Sketching with Eileen P. Goldenberg

Location: New Zealand Garden

We will meet at the front gate and walk over to the Zealand Garden. This part of the garden has amazing palm trees with red berries and a beautiful smooth green base to the very tall palm fronds. Eileen will demo how to start your sketch with big shapes, find the shadows and then add color. You will receive a free sketch kit with everything you need to start sketching.

Eileen P. Goldenberg is an award-winning artist who exhibits her art at many prestigious art fairs. She loves urban sketching and has been teaching art for over 45 years. Her positive way of teaching will inspire you to sketch every day!

The class will include a FREE Sketch kit to get you started, including a small palette, water brush, pen, pencil, watercolor paper book and binder clip. If you have a sketch kit please bring it, a small folding stool that would be great as well.

We will meet at the main gate ticket office at 10:50 and walk over to the garden. Please be on time so we can all walk together.
