JAMboodas Music and Dance Class with Charity Kahn

Join award-winning family musician and teaching artist Charity Kahn (of "Charity and the JAMband") for a highly interactive, joyful, playful and completely unique music class that will inspire your children (and you!) to sing, dance, stretch, breathe and imagine surrounded by the beauty of the garden. Charity weaves her all-original music, movement and mindfulness into a 45-minute bonding experience integrating melody, rhythm and rhyme with themes like kindness, peace, love, and celebration of all life. Charity Kahn is a Certified Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher based in the SF Bay Area. She believes in the power of movement and mindfulness to heal, inspire, and awaken. She’s the founder of the award-winning Charity and the JAMband, sharing music, dance and meditation with people of all ages through her beloved classes, camps, concerts and recordings for over two decades.
