About the event
Soak up sound and nature as you lie back on the grass, feel the fresh air, and hear the birds intermixed with healing instruments. The Garden affords a unique physical and auditory setting with its complimentary sounds, scents, which contribute to a full sound meditation experience.
Destress, feel complete body relaxation, and naturally jump into meditative states without having to "try" so hard as you simply listen to crystal bowls, ocean wave drums, chimes, and planetary gongs. You will come away with a clear mind, calm body, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound and the Garden itself.
Sound meditation occurs outdoors on the grass. Please bring what you need to feel comfortable laying on the ground for an hour. We highly recommend the following: a pillow or bolster, yoga mat or other ground cover, a blanket, and an eye mask or scarf. Sunscreen is also recommended. Participants simply rest to a live concert of sound and vibration, no yoga is practiced. Best for ages 12 & up.
Rain cancels.
