Join us on the Garden's Great Meadow for a 45 minute yoga class. Students can expect a unique and accessible yoga sequence, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility while integrating mindfulness techniques amidst the sights, smells, and sounds of nature. FREE for Members!
