San Francisco Botanical Garden Society utilizes third-party providers to process online transactions. Information provided through such platforms is only used for the purposes of processing said transactions. The Society will not disclose, sell, trade, rent, or otherwise reveal donors’ personal information to any entity.

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), the Society will never knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
